Preparation of Design Review Guidelines
The City is soliciting consultant services for the preparation of local design review guidelines, which will need to address site development, landscaping, architectural design and signage, as well as provide specific standards for different zoning districts, including the historic downtown. The consultant/firm must have demonstrated experience in preparing design guidelines and familiarity with land use regulations in the State of New Hampshire.
