Preliminary Title Opinion legal services
The Contractor shall provide Preliminary Title Opinion (PTO) services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Blanket Purchase Agreement for the Iowa Department of Agriculture Rural Development. There will be paperwork attached that needs filled out and will have a sheet for you to designate which counties in Iowa that you can do PTO work and there is a place to check all counties if you service all counties. The contractors must be registered in sam.gov and I will attach those instructions as well.
