Qualifications for consulting engineers licensed in Pennsylvania and designated as
PennDOT ECMS Business Partners for preliminary engineering, final design, appraisal
services and construction consultation for the replacement of the Stateline Road Bridge
(BMS# 25 7203 0300 4036). Stateline Road Bridge carries traffic over Ashtabula Creek
in Conneaut Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania. The scope of construction includes
the replacement of the existing structure and all necessary roadway approach work.
