Prefabricated Building

USDA APHIS Veterinary Services Cattle Fever Tick Eradication Program (CFTEP) in South Texas will be requesting quotations for a prefabricated metal building in accordance with the specifications outlined in the attached statement of work. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small business. Offers will only be accepted from small businesses with an active registration in Sam.gov at time of offer. The NAICS code used for determining the small business status is 332311 with a standard of 750 employees or less.

Offers will be evaluated by price, technical capability and past performance. Technical capability and past performance will be evaluated on a pass fail basis. Technical Capability and Past Performance when combined are more important than price. A "fail" evaluation on either Technical Capability or Past Performance will disqualify an offer from award.
