Precast Concrete Panels
RFP to provide precast concrete panels for a railroad crossing.
The City will purchase insulated concrete gauge panels,
insulated concrete field panels, rubber flange inserts, and end restraints on an as needed basis. The
minimum acceptable standards used are those of OMNI Grade Crossing systems, MAGNUM Manufacturing
Corporation (or approved equal).
