The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is issuing a request for proposal for accomplishing the USCGC HEALY Dockside Repairs in Fiscal Year 2020. This procurement is 100% set-aside for certified HUBZone small-business contractors. The dockside is to be performed at 1519 Alaskan Way S., Seattle, WA 98134.


The solicitation utilizes FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This requirement will result in the award of a single firm fixed price ship repair contract. To receive an award, the Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ .


The contract is expected to be awarded on or about 02 December 2019. The anticipated awarded period of performance for the basic requirement will be 88 calendar days; 07 January - 03 April 2020. Note that there is an additional four days of sea trails whose dates will be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

i. The contractor shall be certified as a US or Canadian contractor by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) administered by the Defense Logistic Information Service (DLIS). ii.
