Pre-qualification Applications: Auditorium Seating Replacement
Work will include but is not limited to the following:
remove and replace approximately 600 portable seats on the flat floor and 760 seats on the risers
provide new permanent sloping seating riser reconfigured to allow for handicap access on both sides including all associated guardrails and carpeting finish.
Refurbish aisle lights and replacement of foam padding and upholstery.
Upgrade house lighting in the auditorium including house fixtures in the main hall ceiling and wall sconces around the perimeter of the hall Provide new carpet, refinished wood paneling, and paint finishes in
the main hall and new paint and carpet in the mezzanine lobby including other interior design modifications.
Seating may be purchase by owner under a separate contract with installation and wiring connections by GC
Removal of all debris caused by this Contract
