THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE - THIS SOLICITATION WAS PREVIOUSLY POSTED ON GSA AND IS NOW POSTED AS OPEN MARKET BECAUSE NOT ALL ITEMS WERE AVAILABLE UNDER GSA SCHEDULES

1. All questions shall be in writing and emailed to stephen.l.burks.civ@mail.mil.

2. Your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, Point of Contact (POC) and phone number. All contractors must complete their System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Failure to complete registration will result in the proposed quote being unacceptable.

3. It is the contractor's responsibility that all offers submitted, regardless of method of submission, are received in this office prior to the time and date for receipt of quote noted above.

4. Basis of Award: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. Award will be made on all or none basis. Award shall be made to a single contractor. Quotes must include prices for each item listed in order that quotes may be properly evaluated. Failure to do so shall be cause for the offeror to be considered non-responsive. Award shall be made to that responsive, responsible offeror, and will be based on lowest price meeting technical specifications. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to make no award under this RFQ.

5. Pricing for each line item must consists of QUANTITY x UNIT PRICE = TOTAL AMOUNT. In the event there is a difference between a unit price and the extended total, the unit price will be held to the intended price. If the offeror shows only the total price but fails to enter a unit price, the total divided by the estimated quantity will be
held to be the intended price. Line Item pricing should include all applicable taxes, fees, gratuities, commissions, service charges, etc. The Federal Government is tax exempt.

6. Deliver of pre-engineered building components NLT July 9, 2018.

7. Quotes are due 30-May 2018 (02:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). Quotes are to be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Stephen Burks at stephen.l.burks.civ@mail.mil or Contracting Officer, Sharon Wilson-Emmons at Sharon.wilson-emmons.civ@mail.mil through GSA. Do not upload to FBO.gov.

8. All potential vendors must include Bill of Materials which consists of 20' x 40' Pre-Engineered Steel building with 10' minimum eave height - complete kit inclusive of (2) man doors, (8) windows and all required hardware - designed to be Brown in color to match similar existing structures on site. Also include the hardware to secure
building to slab and complete assembly drawings to include plan view, elevations and connection details. Please include components for the structure required for anchor bolts to secure the structure to the concrete pad. The materials shall be delivered to Keystone Local Training Area (LTA), ECS 103 6467 Mike Wood Blvd Conneaut Lake, PA 16316, ATTN: Mr. Scott Kawski.
