Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. (GES) provides environmental consulting services to many natural resource exploration and production (E&P) clients. This services line involves tracking multiple components of the clients' pre-drill water supply survey and sampling programs. Many of these components are state and client specific actions with variable turn-around times and requirements. Due to the high volume of work, geographically dispersed work force, client specific directives, and stringent timelines, a successful program tracking database needs to provide:
Secure, fast, and simultaneous multiple user access,
Centralized document management,
Auditing tools for tracking record changes,
Web-based access, and
Accommodations for multiple clients' and regulatory agency requirements.
