Office of Financial Management (OFM)/Financial Management Systems Group (FMSG) Technical Support Contractor (TSC)
The purpose of this solicitation is to procure an 8a competitive contract titled the Office of Financial Management (OFM)/ Financial Management Systems Group (FMSG)/ Technical Support Contractor (TSC).
The FMSG TSC will provide assistance in administration and management of functions encompassing: business process reengineering, requirements formulation, software development, implementation, testing, research, analysis, and post implementation support, to achieve accounting functionality and general project management activities. The administrative and management tasks will follow system support activities to ensure compliance with the various stages of the system life cycle.
The TSC will provide Security Management support to ensure that OFM systems are in accordance with applicable industry best practices and comply with Federal Regulations and CMS policies.
The TSC will support program management and technical activities for the Electronic Submission Medical Documentation (esMD) system.
