Pre-Solicitation Notice: Outdoor Lighting Improvem
The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to clarify the Statement of Work by providing Government responses to questions posed. See attached SF30 and attached document "Amendment No. 2" for details. Proposal due date and time remains unchanged: August 31, 2017 at 3 pm eastern time. Offerors are required to acknowledge this Amendment 2 by signing and dating the attached SF 30 and submitting with their quote. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
