Pre-Qualification of Project Manager/Construction Manager Service

The City hereby invites the submission of Proposals from Project or Construction Management companies for Pre-Construction Services only, as more specifically outlined in the Project Overview.
The Pre-qualification is the first of a 2 stage procurement process. This stage involves selecting the Respondents that meet the requirements of the Pre-qualification who will be invited to submit Proposals for the Invitational Request for Proposal to be issued at a later date by the City. A shortlist of a maximum of four (4) respondents will be selected.
