Pre-Qualification of Construction Management Services

The City hereby invites Pre-Qualification submissions from Construction Management companies for the renovations to Fleet Services Facility.
The Prequalification is the first of a 2 stage procurement process. This stage involves selecting the Respondents that meet the requirements of the Prequalification who will be invited to submit Proposals for the Invitational Request for Proposal to be issued at a later date by the City. A shortlist of a maximum of four (4) respondents will be selected.
