Pre-Opening and Private Management Service
City is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek facility management companies capable of providing a full range of comprehensive pre-opening and private management services for a proposed Arena and Meeting/Convention Center. The City invites submittals from qualified firms that have proven experience in market arena, convention and exhibition facilities' management.
