This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this RFQ is CC14HQQ0050. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management, which can be found at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23.
The OCC anticipates award of either a firm-fixed-price purchase order or a time and materials contract vehicle with yearly not-to-exceed limits, with a performance start date of October 1, 2014. The anticipated award date is July 18, 2014.
This is a small business set-aside procurement.
