The Y-567B is a highly specialized Power Tetrode that is water cooled with an anode dissipation of 150 kWatts. The Tube is characterized by low input and feedback capacitances with low internal lead inductances. It is constructed using a thoriated tungsten filament that provides long operating life. This Tube produces 200 kWatts of rf power in class AB operation at frequencies up to 100 MHz. This Y-567B Tube has been used in the Booster, Main Injector, Tevatron and now NOvA 53 MHz rf systems and any replacement tubes shall be identical in both phyical and electrical properties since they must fit into our existing rf amplifiers and series Tube modulators. General Tube Specifications are below:
Filament voltage: 15.5 volts @ 215 Amps
Plate voltage: 25 kVolts
Plate current: 20 amps
Plate dissipation: 150 kWatts
Screen voltage: 2.0 kVolts
Screen dissipation: 1.75 kWatts
Grid voltage: -1.5 kVolts
Grid dissipation: 0.5 kWatts
Water flow: 26 gpm
Mechanical dimensions: Fermilab Drawing 0333.00-MD-5399 Reb. B (Available upon request) Qualification Criteria: Firms must have demonstrated five (5) or more years of Past Proven Experience of design & production of similar Power Tetrodes in complexity, and provide Customer References for the Procurement representative above to verify.

Delivery: 18 tubes to be uniformly delivered over a 12 month period starting in February 2002 and ending in January 2021.
