Power System Planning Software for Economic Dispatch and Cost Analysis
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (Department) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms interested in providing a power system planning software tool(s) to provide unit commitment and economic dispatch modeling and cost analysis of generation assets and marketing functions. The Department desires that the software be a fully developed out of the box solution requiring minimal or no modifications to meet the Departments requirements.
