Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is under contract by the Department of Energy to upgrade its existing accelerator complex, at Fermilab, Batavia Illinois. The project called the Proton Improvement Plan-II (PIP-II) is an improvement program for a high-intensity proton facility with goal focused to achieve beam power in excess of 1 megawatt (MW) on target at the initiation of Long Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF) operations.

Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) accelerator complex operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and contains approximately 800 DC power supplies ranging from several kW to several MW, in addition to hundreds of other ramped and pulse power supplies.

Fermilab is seeking information for "off the shelf" power supplies. 

Industry is requested provide cost and schedule information for Power Supplies identified in Appendix A of Specification 1760-ES-342404 Switch Mode Power Supply. 

RFI Instructions:

1) Fill in Paragraph 4. Questionnaire Specification 1760-ES-342404.

2.  Fill in Columns G & H of in Power Supply Rough Order of Magnitude ROM spreadsheet.

3)  Submit to fminton@fnal.gov ;
