Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) Search Services
TCEQ has identified numerous sites throughout the state where hazardous substances, solid wastes, or petroleum products are the cause of air, soil, groundwater, and surface water contamination. The range of conditions at such sites is broad and the sites vary significantly in type, size, nature, and in the amount of contamination present. Parties responsible for the contamination at these sites are required to investigate and conduct necessary response actions. Services procured under this contract are for the purpose of identifying and documenting potentially responsible parties (PRPs) for these sites.
