Multiple NSN for Unison Industries, Sole Source Long Term Contract
This agency proposes to issue a Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) to add multiple NSNs from multiple FSCs to the Unison, Joint Opportunity Contract (JOC), CAGE: 59501 (IAW FAR 6.302-1). SPE4A514D0019, is a long term, strategic, sole source contract which included multiple NSNs to support various weapon systems. A total of four (4) NSNs are targeted for this contract effort.
Multiple NSNs for Unison Industries, Sole Source Long Term Contract. These proposed items will be added to the Unison Industries JOC SPE4A514D0019, in accordance with the originally approved J&A. However, the NSN's identified herein, were not included in the original or any previous list(s) of items synopsized for this effort. These items have been identified as sole source however some items
may have history showing awards to other than the OEM. This requirement contains Navy designated Critical Safety Items (CSI). This is a Requirements Type Contract with a current six months option period remaining. The contract requires supply of parts with agreed to terms of FOB: Origin and Inspection/Acceptance: Origin to DLA Direct stock locations in accordance with the basic JOC. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The below list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. It is the Government's intent to use a letter solicitation format to the sole source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Solicitation close date is February 15, 2019 responses must be submitted via hardcopy to Jackie Brown at jackie.brown@dla.mil
