Postage Meter rental and Maintenace Repair for Model #IM480 and Model # IM330.
The NM Army National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of postage meter rental and maintenance repair for Model # IM480 (1 Unit - 70 pound scale), and Model #IM330 (23 Units - 5 pound scale). The requirement is to begin from 1 August 2014 - 31 July 2015. This acquisition is reserved totally for Small Business concerns. The solicitation will be available no later than May 22, 2014 on the Army Single Face Industry. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in The System for Award Management SAM database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is www.sam.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation information from Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the soiicitation. The government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government.
