Post-live Technical and Functional Support Services for the ATKS Application

The Countys Information Services Department is seeking to enter into a contingency support contract with a qualified vendor that can provide an optional Professional Service solution for the Countys Automated Time Keeping System (ATKS) which is based on the Infor/Workbrain Workforce Management. The vendor will provide support to the county on a, as needed, demand basis. The county may choose to use some or none of the support hours. The Countys goal for this Professional Services solution engagement is to:
Ensure that the ATKS system is maintained in the best possible way
Provide an in-depth technical resource for the ISD staff
Ensure best practices are maintained when updating ATKS to a new version
