Post-disaster recovery plan
The East Central Florida Regional Planning Council is seeking proposals from qualified firms to
develop a post-disaster recovery plan for the Orlando Metro Area in accordance with the
Urban Area Security Initiative and the Scope of Work. Preference will be given to Floridabased
firms with local, regional and state experience in the emergency management,
planning and training fields.
