Post-Secondary College Education Instruction and Services
Mandatory pre-proposal conference 04/14/2010.
The State is issuing this Request for Proposal for the purpose of selecting a qualified contractor to provide college education
instruction and services (post secondary education) at various facilities.
A contract resulting from this Request for Proposal will be issued for a period of three (3) years
effective August 1, 2010 through July 31, 2013, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1)
year periods as mutually agreed upon by all parties.
The State is seeking proposals from accredited post-secondary providers for college
(post-secondary) services for inmates in three (3) general categories of institutions identified.
The post-secondary programs shall be made available to the inmate population between the
hours of 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., weekdays. Where possible, weekend programming will be
utilized.
