Post-Issuance Compliance and Monitoring Program
The Authority seeks proposals in response to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from firms or individuals with the qualifications and experience to provide training and assistance to Authority staff in the development of post issuance compliance and expenditure monitoring procedures as required to ensure that the Authority and its client agencies comply with relevant federal tax and securities laws under the Internal Revenue Code, and Treasury regulations promulgated thereunder and continuing disclosure requirements pursuant to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 15c2-12.
