Post Adoption Services
The State seeks proposals from qualified Respondents to provide post adoption services to eligible children and families in accordance with the specifications contained in and referenced by this Request for Proposals (RFP). The goals of post adoption services are to help the adopted child and family adjust to the adoption, cope with any history of abuse in the child’s background, and avoid permanent or long-term removal of the child from the adoptive family.
