Portland Cement Concrete Products
The City is seeking quotes for the purchase and delivery of Portland Cement Concrete conforming to the current CalTrans Standard Specifications and the requirements of the City for period of up to three years on an as-requested and authorized basis. The City intends to issue a blanket purchase orders for a not-to-exceed amount per fiscal year for the supply of concrete.
