Major services in the Five-Year Strategic Plan development include the following:
Facilitating various meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
Process tasks including an environmental scan, and a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Challenges (S.W.O.C.) analysis incorporated into the strategic plan;
Task Reporting and Narrative generation;
Performance measure development training; and
Other assignments as needed to benefit the strategic planning process.
