Portable Ventilators, Kits, and Preventive Maintenance
The contractor shall provide Portable Ventilators and preventive maintenance (PM) services for these ventilators. The Center for Disease Control Procurements and Grants Office (PGO) on behalf of and as an agent of the Division Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS), of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is seeking 1,000 Portable Ventilators, kits, and preventive service maintenance, shelf life rotation, receipts, shipments and storage of the Portable Ventilator Systems. The portable ventilators will be divided into groups of 3; each group consists of approximately 333 ventilators, stored in containers (approximately 20 ventilators per containers). One group will be at the vendor's facility and the other two groups will be distributed evenly in 6 DSNS facilities. One group will rotate to the vendor quarterly. This rotation is to ensure that all ventilators receive their manufactured recommended PM annually, shelf life product is rotated in the kits and ancillary supplies.
