The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: QTY 2 Portable single-stream S-band RF to decom TM system in rugged economy chassis. Includes one LS-25 PBPS downconverter/FM receiver, one LS-35-R-M6 IF multimode receiver/bit sync, one LS-40-DB20 auxiliary bit sync, one LS-50-D single channel decom/sim/BER/IRIG reader and one LS-70-S single stream dynamic telemetry simulator. Comes with one spare solid state removable HD; QTY 1 Portable single-stream S-band RF to decom TM system in rugged economy chassis. Includes one LS-25-PBPS downconverter/FM receiver, one LS-35-R-M6 IF multimode receiver/bit sync, one LS-40-DB20 auxiliary bit sync, one LS-50-D single channel decom/sim/BER/IRIG reader. Comes one spare solid state removable HD; QTY 3 Windows 7 Pro controller, portable, laptop. This requirement is sole sourced to Lumistar, Inc. 2270 Camino Vida Roble Suite L, Carlsbad, CA 92008 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement since the product is proprietary to Lumistar, Inc.. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
