Portable Mast System Equipment
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This commercial item acquisition will be 100% small business set aside for items listed in the solicitation.
This acquisition is for a portable mast system equipment that will be attached to the CYD motor home for wireless mesh network deployment training with a mobile command post. Items have to be able to be mounted to the back of a motor home in its trailer hitch; is stabilized without the need of guide wires or straps attached to the motor home; and allows for easy access to the CYD motor home engine compartment. The mast system weights 169 pounds and can be tilted away from the engine compartment without needing multiple people to remove and move the system.
If you are quoting on equivalent items, please provide the specifications. This RFQ will be evaluated on price and equivalency of specifications.
