The Mission and Installation Contracting Command is issuing this sources sought as a means to conduct market research to identify active stakeholders having interest in and the resources to support this requirement to provide portable latrine and hand wash station services. This work is to be performed at Fort Hood, Texas in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) which consists of the main cantonment, West Fort Hood, North Fort Hood, Military Ranges and Military Training Areas.
