The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation with the intent of procuring two Port Security Barrier-Pontoon (PSB-P) sections for use with existing PSB system.


This solicitation is issued as a 100% set aside for small business concerns identified as Port Security Barrier Patent Holders within NAVSEA Standard Item 009-72/FY-19, Attachment A, paragraph 1.f., which can be accessed at http://www.navsea.navy.mil/Home/RMC/CNRMC/Our-Programs/SSRAC/. Offers will not be accepted from concerns not referenced in this Standard Item.
