Port San Luis Harbor District Request for Proposals for Revocable Licenses
Port San Luis Harbor District is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from businesses, organizations, or individuals that wish to conduct commercial or non-profit activities on Harbor District property. The RFP is available in the main Harbor District office at 3950 Avila Beach Drive, P.O. Box 249, Avila Beach, CA 93424, and online at www.portsanluis.com under Bids and Proposals.
Port San Luis Harbor District manages pier and beach operations in Avila Beach, CA. The District issues annual licenses to a certain number of vendors and concessionaires to operate businesses on District property. Licenses are only issued for movable vendors. For 2013, the licenses will be valid from January 1 to December 31, 2013. The accepted licenses may be extended on an annual basis upon approval of the District's Harbor Commission.
NOTE: There is no direct U.S. Postal Service mail delivery to the District office. The District will not be responsible for receipt of bids submitted to the mailing address. Postmarks are not accepted. No faxed or e-mailed proposals will be accepted.
