Poplar Creek Golf Course: Course Management and/or Course Maintenance
Mandatory pre-bid: December 15, 2008
The City will accept either: 1) proposals for both management and maintenance or 2) proposals for maintenance exclusively. Proposals for management are to be exclusive of the food and beverage concession. The proposed contract will be for 5 years and provide for extensions subject to negotiation of mutually acceptable terms.
