Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Pool Chiller Services to cool 300,000 gallons of fresh water in a test tank (pool) from approximately75 degrees Fahrenheit down to 35 degrees Fahrenheit. The test tank is located in Pearl City, Hawaii. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $25,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $2,000,000.00

The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition will utilize full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $7.5M.
