Pond Renovation
The work for which proposals are invited consists of:
1) Park 1: the pond renovation and pond wall repairs, removal of existing concrete paths, and new asphalt and concrete paths, electric work, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth in the Bid Submittal Documents.
2) Park 2: Pond renovation, sod installation, installation of grate, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth in the Bid Submittal Documents.
