Poly Jet Style 3D Printer
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC intends to negotiate a Firm, Fixed-Priced (FFP) type contract for a Poly Jet Style 3D Printer (Photo Cure Polymer). The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the lowest price proposal in meeting the Government's Salient Characteristics (See attached Salient Characteristics) and will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.
