Policy Strategy Development and Mapping RFP
A key lever required to reach our goal is changing food and agricultural policy at the state and national level. ROC seeks a contractor who will research, map, and analyze the ROC network. Data will be collected through database search, on-line and interview research. Analysis will guide ROC in pursuing policy changes in Sacramento and Washington DC. The electronic maps should help ROC understand who the key people are within the ROC network that can affect policy change, where gaps exist in ROCs links to State and Federal legislative committees, organizations, and key policy makers.
