DBHDD is the state's department responsible for management of publically funded mental health, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases (MHDDAD) services. DBHDD has a need to purchase a product commonly referred to as a Policy Management System and this product must be provided in a web-hosted software as a service format. This Policy Management System will assist DBHDD in the management of all DBHDD policies/procedures (hereinafter, policies). DBHDD policies govern the mental health, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases (MHDDAD) services provided by or funded by DBHDD; this includes operations for the seven (7) DBHDD-operated hospitals as well as policies related to the administrative functions of DBHDD. Management of policies includes activities related to initiation, creation, review, approval, publishing, editing, and retirement of policies.
