Policy & Procedures Courthouse Security
Our Sheriffs Office requires the following scope of work to be delivered by a qualified security planning company.
i. Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) forConduct a needs analysis of the existing FCSO policies, plans, procedures and or other business requirements to identify those procedures which must be either:
a. Revised and updated, and or
b. Developed (new).
The SOP template / outline shall be a complete plan for Courthouse Security.
ii. Develop Training Management Plan for the delivery of In-Service Officer Training
Develop a "train the trainer" package for the FCSO for delivery and support of FCSO in-service training programs (2 week program) for new officers.
The training management plan (TMP) shall support the re-training of in-service FCSO deputies and other designated staff on the revised/new procedures.
