Police Precinct Replacement Design Services
The former Building will be converted into a police precinct to replace the Park Precinct. The facility was designed, permitted, and constructed under the authority of the State, therefore adherence to code requirements at the time of construction was not required. All new designs will be required to meet current code requirements. There are currently two buildings on the site that will be converted for use as Police facilities, and a new vehicle maintenance building will be added. The project involves four basic areas of design.
1) Building A 22,000 Square Feet 2) Building B 17,000 Square Feet 3) New Vehicle Maintenance Building and fuel island 4) Parking Lot and site Total site approximately 9.5 acres. There will be no pre-submittal meeting for this project.
