Pointwise 1st & 2nd process

  The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure Pointwise 1st & 2nd process.  The processes are being procured on a sole source basis from PointWise of Fort Worth, TX. 
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
