Point-of-Care Diagnostics
The aim is to create a new point-of-care diagnostics platform that will be easy to use, low cost, multiplexed and able to assess disease stage and provide information on prognosis.
The primary eligibility criteria apply to the location of the organization/institution where the Principal Investigator is based. Applicant organizations must be individual non-profit organizations, for-profit companies, or other recognized institutions that can successfully execute the activities in their respective technical area. The applicant organization must be in a low- or middle-income country, using the World Bank classification. Please see the following link:

Further details of eligibility are to be found in Sections 4.1 and 4.5 of the RFP. The Principal Investigator must reside in a low- or middle-income country. Investigators currently residing/working in high-income countries, even if they originally came from developing countries, are not eligible to be Principal Investigators.
