The Council is a not-for-profit local arts agency that offers a variety of services including:
oFacility and Equipment Rental
oTickets and Box Office services
oConsignment sales of art work and other items
oGift Shop sales
oAnd other fees for various services
And in addition, it receives contributions from local residents and businesses that need to be tracked in this system.
Receipts are taken in primarily one location, but can occasionally be taken at events held off site, so the system needs to be portable and flexible.
The organization employs 2 fulltime people, and 3 part time people who will work with the system.
The annual budget for the organization is in the $500,000 range.
