Plumbing Services
Contractor�s scope of work shall be comprised of a broad range of tasks within the institution. These tasks range from simple maintenance work such as: investigative research, upgrade of fixture trim, certification of backflow prevention devices and plumbing fixture replacement. Representative projects have previously included:
1. Install CO2 line with valves and regulators to serve incubators in labs.
2. Replace existing 3/4 � backflow prevention devices in 4 locations including certification of new devices.
3. Install new natural gas line in existing kitchen.
4. Replace existing commercial food disposal in kitchen scullery.
5. Replace five (5) cast iron p-traps for floor drains in kitchen area.
