The contractor shall provide a CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) plasma arc cutting system that meets the technical requirements listed in the performance work statement. Services also are preferred to include delivery, initial setup and familiarization training to the 116TH Air Control Wing (ACW) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Further training at the contractor’s facility will be required to be provided for all M/T personnel.  


Please provide itimoized pricing for items 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3 from the PWS.

Award shall be made to the offeror whose offer represents best value as defined by FAR 2.101. In determining best value, the Government reserves the right to select the most advantageous offer to the Government by evaluating and comparing initial quotations. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: (1) technical capability factor to meeting or exceeding the requirement of the Government, (2) price and (3) past performance. 

Products will be evaluated based on price reasonableness and the ability to provide all of the listed products.
