Planning and Preliminary Design
The Trust is requesting proposals to provide design, planning and engineering services for a feasibility study, framework plan, and conceptual design for an abandoned, largely elevated rail corridor. This project is intended as a starting point, to build support for what we hope will ultimately be the phased final design and construction of a 3 ½ mile linear park featuring pedestrian and bicycle paths and highlighting the cultural diversity.
