The City of Seattle through its Department of Information Technology seeks proposals from qualified consultants for Planning and Design for Migration to a New Messaging Platform. The migration is from Novell GroupWise to Microsoft Outlook/Exchange. The services shall include but not be limited to documenting requirements, designing an architecture, developing a migration plan, estimating costs, and providing advice and recommendations for migrating the City's messaging environments. The environments include but may not be limited to email and calendaring for desktop, laptops, and web client environments, and Blackberry devices. This Project is for design and planning only and does not include migration testing or implementation.
