A city in Connecticut is inviting submission of qualification statements from a multi-disciplinary team to prepare a planning study for the restoration, use(s), and management of an historic building. The building is owned by the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, but has fallen into a state of serious disrepair and is closed to the public.
